Timeline Configuration

Our app tracks real time delivery only for those carriers integrated with Shopify by default.

For the rest of the orders, real time tracking (after fulfillment) must be done from within the carrier website. Our order status page shows a tracking history button so the customer can be redirected to the carrier site for real time tracking after the order has been shipped.

If you want to hide the timeline once the order has been shipped or when the estimated delivery date has been expired (so the order does not remain undelivered forever), you can configure timeline visualization by going to 'Advanced → Timeline settings'.
