1. We support any carrier that comes from Shopify when fulfilling an order. As long as it has a tracking number and a tracking URL, the app will be able to display that information to the customer.
2. Our app supports real time tracking (after fulfillment) only for those carriers integrated with Shopify by default.
For the rest of the orders, real time tracking (after fulfillment) must be done from within the carrier website. Our order status page shows a tracking history button so the customer can be redirected to the carrier site for real time tracking after the order has been shipped.
