Why are the prices not changed?

The price change process may take up to 60 seconds to be completed. If after this time the product price still haven’t changed, this can be caused by the following issues:

• Please check if your product was included in another campaign which was recently stopped/started.
• If current prices are only visible on product pages and not on collection pages then you are most likely using a search/filter app to display your collection pages. Just navigate inside this app and re-sync your products.
• Please check if you are using an inventory syncing-, ERP- or POS-System linked to your store. These systems are often overwriting product data on a regularly basis (e.g. daily) to keep your inventory in sync. This can affect / overwrite the price discounted by our app.
